“The Christmas Promise” written by Sean Young is an enjoyable read for the Christmas season. Sean Young really knows how to create an engaging Christmas romance story. This is another installment of the McClendon Family Series . The readers will be drawn into Simeon and Jen’s story and you really want things to work out for them. She launch just the right magnitude of delightful passion to her stories without going completely over the top. The story of Simeon and Jennifer was well-done of love that was lost and then surface again .The character of Jennifer McClendon story is set around the Christmas season, when everything should be joyful and easy-going. Being a single mother of twins, Jennifer has everything but being happy, an opportunity to meet up again with a past friend turns her life around. Well written story with define and complex characters. Sean Young makes sure that the characters in “The Christmas Promise” were well drawn in this simple to read. I also enjoy reading about the characters who make realistic mistakes, but who take the opportunity to improve their lives and the lives of their loved ones. We can learn from these characters and learn to be patience, understanding and forgiveness. Miscommunication can really lead to heartache. As a consequence of create assumptions can be even worst. Communication is the key for relationship to stay blossoms. Although Simeon and Jennifer persevered. A beautiful conclusion to complete their wonderful romance story. As a reader, I love happy endings, but also a perseverance that makes sense. A marvelous Christmas narrative about the power of forgiveness, understanding and patience.
